I tutored 6th-8th grade students in math for a year and have served as a peer tutor in my college history classes. I want to be a tutor because I love working with students and as a future teacher, it will give me valuable experience working with students. I have taken many writing intensive history classes, two math classes covering the math skills of students grades K-8, and several earth science courses. I have extensive experience working in classrooms and with students.
